Welcome and assist patients, visitors, doctors, and staff professionally.
Provide
wayfinding, directions, and general information
about the medical centre.
Assist elderly patients, persons with disabilities, and those requiring additional support.
Manage
patient and visitor flow
, queues, and front-of-house areas.
Handle basic enquiries and direct medical or administrative matters to the appropriate department.
Support
access control
by monitoring visitors, contractors, and restricted areas.
Assist during
emergencies, evacuations, and incidents
, including crowd management.
Handle feedback and complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
Assist with telephone calls, messages, and general communications.
Maintain accurate
incident records, reports, and shift handovers
.
Maintain
patient confidentiality, professionalism, and a high standard of customer service
.
Work closely with
medical, security, facilities, and management teams
to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
