One Excalibur Pte Ltd is an established player in the telecommunications supply chain, specializing in the wholesale of telecommunications equipment (excluding handphones) . We provide critical infrastructure components—such as networking hardware, transmission systems, and cabling solutions—to enterprise clients, system integrators, and service providers across Asia. As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Coordinator to help streamline our office workflows and support cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable Administrative Coordinator to manage day-to-day office administration, coordinate schedules, and assist with documentation and communication across departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with multitasking, and proficient in standard office software. You will play a key role in ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule internal meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage office correspondence including emails, phone calls, and mail handling.
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical) for company records.
  • Order and track office supplies, and liaise with vendors for office maintenance.
  • Assist with basic HR administrative tasks such as leave tracking and onboarding coordination.
  • Prepare and format routine reports, memos, and presentation materials.
  • Support other departments with general clerical duties (data entry, photocopying, scanning).
  • Prior experience in any administrative, data entry, or customer service role (even informal) is a bonus but not necessary.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) or Zoom / Microsoft Teams.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet simple deadlines.

    Working Arrangement:

    • 100% Work From Home (WFH) / Remote.
