Job Summary
Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and field service operations to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction at Telistar.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair medical equipment to restore functionality and ensure safety
- Perform scheduled maintenance following defined scope and standard operating procedures to maintain equipment reliability
- Complete and close service calls with detailed and accurate service reports to document work performed
- Manage customer interactions and escalate issues appropriately to resolve service concerns promptly
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with medical equipment to enhance troubleshooting and repair effectiveness
