Full job description

Our client is a international MNC in the Healthcare industry, and a leader within their therapeutic area. Partnering closely with them, we are recruiting for a Regional Technical Service Engineer to managing all servicing, customer service-related issues and 3rd party vendors for their suite of medical device equipment.


Responsibilities

  • Attends to Customer’s technical service issues via phone and personal visit
  • Reports, manages and liaises all Service matter to Helpdesk
  • Follow up on all repair cases in a timely manner
  • Monitor and manage the existing loaner and demo sets among the Customers
  • Manage, follow and execute service and troubleshooting SOPs
  • Prepares Service/Meeting Reports and action lists for all reviews and audits
  • Manages problematic situations with customers regarding service repairs and phone troubleshooting
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, develop, implement, and document new processes required to improve the service delivered to customers.
  • Ensure that customer incidents and requests are dealt with according to agreed guidelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years Customer service experience & technical troubleshooting experience in the medical device industry
  • APAC regional support experience required
  • QA experience is an added advantage
  • Experience in team management is an added advantage
