Full job description

Are you passionate about technology and enjoy solving technical challenges? We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a leading multinational company in the medical devices industry. If you have experience in technical support, service engineering, or biomedical equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, test, commission, and maintain medical equipment at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support for software integration, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Respond promptly to customer service requests and onsite breakdowns.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PPM), repairs, calibration, and documentation.
  • Prepare service reports, quotations, warranty documentation, and maintenance contracts.
  • Conduct customer training and provide product support when required.
  • Support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and technical sales activities.
  • Identify opportunities to promote maintenance contracts and service solutions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in:
  • Field Service Engineering
  • Technical Support
  • Software Support
  • Medical Equipment Servicing
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
  • Possess a valid manual driving licence (advantage).

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
