Job Description

About the role

Provide technical, operational, administrative and governance support for terminal, outplant and logistics operations. Support daily transactional processes, inventory accuracy, system data integrity, operational performance monitoring and issue resolution. Coordinate logistics management activities across marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing and end-to-end supply chain operations. Support terminal and logistics operations involving chemicals, hazardous substances and bulk liquid products in accordance with regulatory, safety and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate logistics activities across marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing and supply chain operations
Support the safe and compliant handling, storage and movement of hazardous substances and bulk liquid products
Create and administer purchase orders, validate and audit invoices against supporting documents
Coordinate inventory control and cycle-counting activities, reconcile stock and investigate inventory discrepancies
Perform shipment-related data entry and transactional processing, maintain operational and master data in SAP/ECC and related systems
Maintain Control Tower dashboards, operational reporting tools and performance-monitoring processes
Coordinate the planning, tracking and administration of operational audits and support supplier assessments
Administer Quality Notifications and supplier claims, support investigations and Root Cause Investigation activities
Support the implementation of new business activities and service changes
Support incident response and crisis coordination activities

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Chemistry or a related discipline

Additional Information

Relevant experience in logistics management involving marine terminals, road transportation, warehousing or supply chain operations
Organized, detail-oriented and comfortable handling transactional and operational data
Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, terminal operators and logistics service providers
Working knowledge of SAP or SAP ECC, particularly for transactional processing, inventory adjustments or master data support
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Ability to prepare dashboards, KPI reports and operational performance analyses
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling operational, commercial and financial information
