We are looking for an Experienced Product Specialist who will be a part of a growing global medical devices organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans to expand market presence and increase product adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage strategic customer accounts to support long-term growth.
  • Deliver product presentations, training, and clinical support to customers, ensuring a high level of product knowledge and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement promotional initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to support commercial strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and market updates for management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and product-related concerns, ensuring timely resolution in accordance with company processes.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members where appropriate, sharing best practices and supporting team development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing, Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biomedical Engineering, or a related healthcare field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other related B2B healthcare sales and marketing roles, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, customer engagement, and account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategic sales plans and manage complex customer accounts.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market trends and customer insights.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory; a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are preferred.
