Position: Temp Medical Records Office Assistant

Department: Support Services

Job Description:
The Medical Records Office Executive Assistant is part of the Medical Records Office (MRO) team in providing medical reports processing and medical records management services.

Job Responsibilities:
Process medical reports applications and manage enquiries from service channels which include phone, emails and face-to-face (walk-in)

Sort and scan medical records

Retrieval of physical records from store

Participate in department projects and will be activated to work on Saturdays for project duration of 2 to 3 years

Other work assignments by the department

Requirements:
Competency

Proficient in verbal and written communication skills

Good in the management of emails and drafting replies to external customers

Comfortable in communicating with internal and external customers through phone calls and face-to-face interactions

Educational and Professional Requirements

Diploma/A-level qualification or relevant work experience

Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel or Word

Comfortable in learning IT software applications such as NGEMR, SAP, Medical Records Management System (MRMS)
