Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Superior to lead a team, oversee daily operations, ensure service/process excellence, and drive team performance. This role is critical for maintaining operational efficiency and supporting business growth in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a team of [X] staff, including daily task allocation, performance monitoring, and coaching

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements in Singapore

Manage operational workflows, resolve on-site issues, and optimize processes to meet KPIs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Sales) to align with business objectives

Prepare daily/weekly reports, track team performance, and implement improvement initiatives

Train new team members on job procedures, systems, and service standards

Handle customer/stakeholder inquiries and escalations in a professional manner

Maintain a safe, productive, and positive working environment for the team

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

Minimum [3–5] years of relevant working experience in a supervisory/team lead role in [industry, e.g., F&B, Retail, Logistics, Admin, Services]

Proven track record in team management, operational oversight, and process improvement

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in English (written & spoken)

Familiarity with Singapore workplace regulations and employment practices

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic operational software

Ability to work flexible hours (including weekends/shift work if required)
