Full job description

Lindian Global Rare Earths are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Singapore-based finance team.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables process, ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and strong credit control to support cash flow and operational performance across a growing international business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in line with contractual terms
  • Process and allocate incoming payments, ensuring timely and accurate application
  • Monitor aged receivables and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
  • Investigate and resolve billing queries, disputes, and payment discrepancies
  • Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve variances
  • Support month-end close activities and AR reporting, including aging analysis
  • Maintain customer master data, including credit limits and payment terms
  • Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve invoicing and collection issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and GST regulations
  • Identify opportunities to improve AR processes, reporting, and systems

About You

  • Proven experience in accounts receivable, credit control, or finance operations
  • Strong understanding of AR processes, reconciliations, and collections
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with ERP systems (Pronto preferred)
  • Experience in a multinational or commodities/industrial environment is advantageous
