· Prepare and verify shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) with high accuracy, minimising documentation errors
· Act as the key liaison between internal teams and external partners (e.g., 3PL providers, freight forwarders, couriers) to ensure smooth operations
· Investigate and resolve logistics issues (e.g., damaged goods, short/over shipments), improving overall customer satisfaction
· Maintain accurate data in inventory systems, ensuring real-time visibility of stock and order status
· Support cycle counts and stock reconciliation to improve inventory accuracy
· Perform any other duties as assigned by the management
REQUIREMENTS
· Experience working with 3PL (third-party logistics) providers and shipment coordination is an advantage
. At least 6 to 8 years of work experience in the field of Financial Reporting, preferably within a major commodity trading house.
· Knowledge of inventory management and order fulfilment processes
· Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) is preferred
· Strong understanding of shipping documentation (invoice, packing list, delivery order); basic export knowledge is a plus
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
· Commodities industry knowledge or experience is preferred
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data management
· Good coordination and communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
· Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to resolve operational issues effectively
· A team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
