We are expanding our community of freelance Associate Trainers and Industry Speakers and welcome professionals from diverse backgrounds who are passionate about sharing their experiences with young people.

Whether you are an experienced trainer or a working professional who enjoys mentoring and speaking to students, this is an opportunity to make your industry knowledge meaningful beyond the workplace.

What You Will Do

Depending on your experience and the programme requirements, you may be engaged as an Associate Trainer, facilitator, workshop leader, or guest speaker.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting engaging career and industry exposure sessions in secondary schools
• Introducing students to professions, industries, and emerging career pathways
• Sharing your personal career journey, including challenges, lessons learned, and practical insights
• Bringing industry concepts to life through storytelling, demonstrations, case studies, or hands-on activities
• Encouraging students to ask questions and explore career possibilities
• Helping students understand the skills, qualifications, and personal qualities required in different professions
• Delivering or adapting prepared programme outlines and training materials
• Representing Mastereign professionally when engaging schools, teachers, and students

Who We Are Looking For

You should have:

• Relevant academic, professional, or industry qualifications
• At least two years of relevant industry experience, preferably
• A genuine interest in working with and inspiring young people
• Confidence speaking and presenting in front of groups
• The ability to explain professional concepts in a clear, relatable, and age-appropriate manner
• A positive, energetic, and engaging facilitation style
• A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• The ability to work independently and follow programme requirements

Experience conducting talks, workshops, training sessions, or youth programmes will be an advantage, but is not essential. Guidance and programme preparation may be provided where appropriate.

Availability Requirements

As most programmes are conducted in schools, applicants should be available for assignments during:

Weekdays, between 7.00am and 5.00pm

Assignments will be offered based on programme requirements, your area of expertise, location, and availability.

MOE Instructor Registration

Applicants should preferably be registered as instructors with the Ministry of Education.

Applicants who are not yet registered may still apply. We can provide guidance on the registration process, subject to eligibility and prevailing MOE requirements.

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
