Job Description
This role focuses on hands-on used-car expertise, strategic planning, and team leadership, while driving regional used-car pricing strategy, fundamental operations, and digitalization, and the implementation of used-car value-chain products.

Job Responsibilities

Strategy

• Build data-driven UC Pricing Framework with goal of achieving RV leadership
• Create implementation roadmap for UC specific VC in Asia

Execution

• Dynamic Pricing model development with RV prediction
• Collaborate across functions to implement VC products
• Develop data-driven dynamic Used Car Pricing model with Residual Value prediction
• Digitalization of Used Car Pricing & Inspection in Asia
• Implement Trade Cycle Management in Asia
• Handle multiple Used Car Projects simultaneously

Leadership

• Lead team and influence stakeholders (distributors, dealers, management)
• Drive cross functional collaboration for project implementation

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in/with Automotive/Data Analytics Industry across APAC/regional markets
• Degree in Economics/Business Management/Business Analytics
• Strong leadership and experience in managing a team
• Good analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good team player and excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability and experience working with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge and expertise in automotive and handling large-scale data/projects
