RF Personal Training is expanding, and we’re looking for Front of House team members.

Full-Time / Part-Time roles available.

Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and service-driven individual to be the first point of contact for clients, prospects, and visitors at RF Personal Training.

As part of our Front of House team, you will represent the RF brand across all client touchpoints, provide excellent customer service, support lead management and sales conversion, and ensure the studio runs smoothly day to day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting people, communicating confidently, supporting sales, and being part of a one of the top health and fitness brands in Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Brand Representation

• Welcome clients, prospects, and visitors in person, over the phone, via WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Represent RF Personal Training in a professional, warm, and approachable manner.
• Conduct studio tours and introduce prospects to our personal training services and packages.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Ensure all enquiries are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback with a positive attitude.

Sales & Lead Management

• Support the team in meeting sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage prospect follow-ups and appointment bookings.
• Set appointments for consultations and studio tours.
• Present RF’s personal training packages, services, and client journey clearly.
• Support sales of retail goods, memberships, and training packages.
• Assist with prospect calls, lead nurturing, and conversion.

Marketing & Community Support

• Support digital and community marketing activities.
• Support promotional activities, events, and community initiatives.
• Help with flyer distribution and other ground marketing efforts when required.

Operations & Administration

• Support smooth daily operations at the studio.
• Assist the manager with daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised reception area.
• Ensure the studio, equipment, and shared areas are well-presented.
• Assist with client check-ins, scheduling, payments, and general front desk duties.

Ideal Profile

• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Sales-driven and comfortable working with targets, commission, and bonuses.
• Experience in sales, marketing, fitness, wellness, hospitality, or customer service would be an advantage.
• Highly self-motivated, responsible, and willing to take initiative.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Passionate about health, fitness, and helping people start their fitness journey.

Schedule: Weekday and weekend availability may be required.

Pay: $2,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
