Job description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join the service team at our prestigious Michelin-star chef restaurant.

Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth.

Provide exceptional dining service according to Michelin-star standards.

Present menus and explain dishes, ingredients, and daily specials.

Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.

Serve food and beverages professionally while maintaining presentation standards.

Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset promptly.

Handle guest enquiries and courteously resolve minor issues.

Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.

Requirements:
Min 1-2 years of working experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, or Michelin-starred restaurants is preferred.

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
