GET OUT PTE. LTD. is looking for a Junior Events Manager to run corporate events end-to-end. This role is suited for someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in an events agency or corporate events environment who can balance planning, coordination, client communication, and on-site execution. You will work closely with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure events are delivered smoothly from briefing to completion.

Key responsibilities:

Manage corporate events from planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
Coordinate timelines, logistics, vendors, venues, and event requirements.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on deliverables and expectations.
Support on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution on event day.
Track project details, budgets, quotations, and administrative requirements accurately.

Requirements:

2 to 3 years of relevant experience in events agency or corporate events.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Able to manage multiple moving parts and work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable liaising with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on timelines.
