Role Focus
As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll support the recruitment process from candidate outreach through interview coordination and hiring activities.

Throughout the programme, you'll receive guidance from experienced mentors while developing practical interviewing, communication, and recruitment skills.

- Conduct structured screening calls and interviews using established recruitment frameworks, with comprehensive training provided.

- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Contribute ideas that improve recruitment processes and overall hiring efficiency.
