We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and want to build practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Through structured mentorship and hands-on responsibilities, you'll develop professional communication skills, strengthen your judgement, and gain first-hand exposure to the hiring process within a collaborative team.

This opportunity is ideal for students and young adults who are interested in recruitment, human resources, or people-focused careers. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll learn how candidates are sourced, assessed, interviewed, and guided through the recruitment journey while contributing to day-to-day hiring operations.

If you're organised, proactive, and eager to develop in a professional environment, this role offers meaningful experience and a strong foundation for future opportunities in recruitment, HR, business, and people operations.

Role Focus

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you'll support the recruitment process from candidate outreach through interview coordination and hiring activities.

You'll engage prospective candidates, conduct structured screening calls and interviews, coordinate recruitment operations, and help deliver a professional candidate experience. Throughout the programme, you'll receive guidance from experienced mentors while developing practical interviewing, communication, and recruitment skills.

What You Will Do

  • Source and engage prospective candidates through recruitment platforms, talent databases, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct structured screening calls and interviews using established recruitment frameworks, with comprehensive training provided.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruitment follow-up activities.
  • Assess candidate suitability and maintain organised recruitment pipelines and records.
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Contribute ideas that improve recruitment processes and overall hiring efficiency.
  • Develop practical recruitment skills through structured mentorship and hands-on hiring projects.

What You Can Gain

  • Practical experience across the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Greater confidence in interviewing, communication, and relationship building.
  • Stronger organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Exposure to professional hiring practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Structured mentorship and constructive feedback from experienced professionals.
  • Meaningful résumé-building experience relevant to recruitment, HR, business, and people operations.
  • A strong foundation for future career opportunities in talent acquisition and human resources.

Who We Want

We're looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicate professionally, and are committed to learning through meaningful responsibility. More than prior recruitment experience, we value initiative, professionalism, and a willingness to grow.

Ideal candidates are:

  • Strong verbal and written communicators.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Dependable, responsible, and accountable in following through on commitments.
  • Adaptable learners who welcome feedback and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable engaging with candidates and conducting professional conversations.
  • Proactive individuals who demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and ownership of their work.
  • Able to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.

Previous recruitment experience is not required. We place greater emphasis on professionalism, communication, learning agility, ownership, and long-term potential.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Due to limited openings, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
