Job Responsibilities

Deliver a pleasant and professional customer experience by using polite, friendly, and courteous language and behavior at all times.

Carry out daily store duties as assigned, including membership registration, order taking, and responding promptly to customer requests.

Follow store operational standards and service procedures, work effectively with team members, and continuously learn and share relevant knowledge.

Actively participate in training programs, gradually mastering front-of-house service, bar operations, and cashiering skills to continuously improve job performance and professional capabilities.
Elixir Esports, founded in 2015 and headquartered in Singapore, specializes in the comprehensive management and operation of the esports industry. By successfully launching Galaxy Internet Café and Wanyoo Internet Café, we have rapidly established a strong brand presence in the Singaporean market.

To date, Elixir has amassed over 80,000 members, with the number continuing to grow at a rate of approximately 100 new members per day. We currently operate three outlets in Singapore and are continuously expanding our online membership and services. Our mission is to provide esports enthusiasts with a seamless, high-quality experience. We consistently upgrade our store design, brand concept, and service systems to meet the evolving demands of the market.
