Family Group: Administration
Being part of the Clinical and Patient Engagement Office, you will support the operationalization of the Hospital's strategic Quality & Clinical Governance Plan, specifically in clinical feedback management and medico-legal dispute resolution. You will act as a key liaison and perform investigations, facilitate meetings and replies and undertake negotiations with relevant parties
In addition, you will implement initiatives and identify learning opportunities to enhance patient-clinician engagement. You will also assist with the preparation of department/management reports and analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor degree holder in any discipline
Flair in written and verbal communication as well as facilitation skills
Good critical thinking and situational management skills
Comfortable to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
