Job Summary

You will deliver quality food and beverages while maintaining store cleanliness and following health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Deliver attentive and courteous customer service to all customers, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment

Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following health, safety, and sanitation standards

Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including accurate cash handling and store cleanliness

Maintain efficiency and focus while working under high pressure and fast-paced conditions

Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by engaging customers with positive energy and spirit

Communicate clearly and effectively in English to assist customers and team members

Accept and apply customer feedback constructively to improve service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required

Outgoing and bubbly personality to enhance customer interactions

Ability to start work immediately is preferred
