Full job description

We are looking for friendly and service-oriented individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team at our Chinese restaurant.

Positions Available

  • FOH Supervisor
  • Receptionist / Front Desk
  • Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with guest seating and table arrangements
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and beverages and attend to guests’ requests
  • Handle telephone enquiries and restaurant reservations when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the dining area
  • Ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the dining experience
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members for smooth daily operations
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • For supervisory roles, assist in managing daily FOH operations and guiding the service team

Requirements

  • Previous restaurant or F&B experience is preferred
  • Experience in a Chinese restaurant will be an advantage
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Responsible, punctual and able to work well in a team
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a Supervisor position
