Established since 2004, The Cookie Museum is a proud Singapore brand dedicated to bringing Singapore’s true flavours to life through design, storytelling and real cookie craft. Rooted in culture yet contemporary in expression, our work explores how Singapore flavours, history and visual identity come together across packaging, campaigns, and within our boutique outlets. We are looking for a curious and exciting Creative Designer who is excited to learn, experiment and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

You will be involved in shaping the visual language of The Cookie Museum, a brand dedicated to celebrating Singapore’s true flavours and authentic craftsmanship through:

• Proposing and designing thoughtful packaging concepts across our product range, ensuring each design reflects our brand story and Singapore true flavours in a non-typical style
• Conducting product photography for new cookie flavour launches, seasonal collections, and ongoing social media updates
• Creating, formatting, and preparing food labels and related collaterals with precision, in accordance with project and regulatory requirements
• Conceptualising and developing marketing campaigns and visual materials for events and retail outlets

An ideal candidate should have:

• A sense of responsibility, proactiveness and be detail-oriented
• A strong creative instinct and refined visual sensibility
• A spontaneous yet thoughtful approach to ideas and problem-solving
• A genuine interest in art, history, and diverse cultures
• Familiar with classical arts, history and paintings
• The ability to work alongside a passionate team that values quality, artistry and tradition
• The ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to communicate in English

Your skills include:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Comfortable working within Mac OS environments
• Experience designing across print, digital, and other media formats
• A strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and colour
• Basic copywriting and proofreading skills
• Freehand illustration skills are an added advantage

Experienced Creative Designers are preferred; however, passionate and motivated young designers are most welcome to apply!
