Restaurant Manager (Full-Time)

Salary: $5,000 – $7,000/month
Location: CBD, Singapore

About Us

We are an established F&B group with multiple concepts across Singapore’s CBD, specialising in craft beverages and modern casual dining. With a strong presence and growing portfolio, we are looking for a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and elevate our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high standards

  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house and kitchen teams

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning efficiently

  • Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

  • Monitor sales performance, cost control, and profitability

  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance with NEA/SFA regulations

  • Work closely with management on marketing initiatives and promotions

  • Drive team performance to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role within F&B

  • Strong leadership and team management skills

  • Good understanding of restaurant operations, P&L, and cost control

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays

  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic reporting tools

  • Food hygiene certification preferred
