About the Role

We are seeking a professional and experienced Driver / Family Chauffeur to provide safe, reliable and discreet transportation for the Principal and family. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily school runs, the Principal’s commute, family appointments, events and airport transfers, while ensuring the household vehicles are maintained in immaculate condition.

Key Responsibilities

Provide daily school runs, potentially to two schools, in coordination with the education nanny.

Drive the Principal for daily commutes, business travel and appointments within Singapore.

Provide transportation for family activities, errands, events, airport and private aviation transfers.

Maintain two household vehicles in immaculate condition, including cleaning, fuelling and coordinating scheduled servicing.

Manage vehicle insurance and road tax administration.

Install and manage child seats, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers.

Plan routes and travel timings around Singapore traffic conditions, ensuring punctual arrival, ideally ten minutes early.

Maintain security awareness during pick-ups and drop-offs, including controlled access and no unauthorised passengers.

Report any incidents promptly to the Principal or Executive Assistant.

Assist with errands, collections and deliveries as assigned.

Requirements

Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

Substantial driving experience, including several years as a professional or private chauffeur.

Clean and verifiable driving record and criminal record.

Prior experience transporting children as daily passengers.

Defensive driving certification is preferred.

Presentable and professional in appearance and conduct.

Discreet and trustworthy, with strict respect for the privacy and confidentiality of the Principal and family.

Calm, patient and safety-conscious behind the wheel.

Able to remain composed under pressure and never compromise safety due to time constraints.

Familiar with Singapore roads and traffic conditions.

Employment Terms

Five-day working week structured around school and office hours.

Weekend and evening flexibility required, with a fixed monthly allowance.

Additional hours will be treated in accordance with the Employment Act.

Appointment is subject to driving record, criminal record and reference checks.

Paid trial period prior to permanent appointment.

Uniform and mobile telephone provided.
