Build our AI from the ground up — and share in what it creates.

We're a fast-growing health & wellness company (smart wearables + AI coaching) with an active customer base across Europe and Asia. We're opening our own AI Lab, and we're hiring a founding member to build it with the founders — from the first line of code.

What you'll do

  • Build our own AI layer on top of today's third-party AI — evaluating, checking and improving its results.
  • Develop and validate the models behind our biological-age and personalized-frequency technology.
  • Shape our long-term vision: an independent, hybrid AI that combines large language models with a rule-based knowledge system to deliver clear, reliable, serious health answers — engineered toward medical-grade quality over time.
  • Keep it rigorous — measure, validate, and make our AI genuinely trustworthy.

Who we're looking for

  • Strong foundations in machine learning, mathematics and programming (Python).
  • Fresh, curious and open-minded — we care more about how you think and learn than how many years you've worked. Outstanding recent graduates (BSc / MSc / PhD) are very welcome.
  • A builder who wants ownership, speed, and real impact.
  • Bonus (not required): LLMs, rule-based / symbolic AI, or health / wearable data experience, or a strong ML research project.

Compensation

  • S$180,000 per year + a share of company profits.
  • A genuine founding-team role with ownership and direct access to the founders.
  • Mentorship from senior AI and clinical advisors, and the chance to build technology that improves people's health at scale. Based in Singapore.
