Business Manager


JOB FUNCTION / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for the achievement of product sales and promotion, providing marketing services and product information to customers.


  • Ensure the achievement and sustained growth of product in the assigned area.


  • Promote products, provide clinical support information and service in the assigned geographical area.


  • Develop, implement, and track marketing programs in the area of assignment.


  • Manage key accounts/Hospital through implementation of additional promotional programs applicable in the assigned area.


  • Establish and maintain good relationships with key influencers, opinion leaders and end-users necessary to carry out functions.


  • Build good relationships with the distributors’ team to achieve sales and profit target.


  • Carry out market survey and gather important information on our products and competitors.


  • Prepare and submit monthly reports as required by the Business Manager


  • Represent the company in conventions and exhibitions.


  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.


  • Provide customer interface for all product complaints via the company’s established PIR system. Ensure all complaints are reported and investigation results are communicated to distributors/customers.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree/Diploma in Medical/Nursing.
  • Minimum 3-year sales and marketing experience in Medical Devices business, pharmaceutical or related industry
  • Good command in English
  • Pleasant personality and customer oriented with good negotiation skills
  • Own transportation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
