The Role

We are looking for a commercially driven and hands-on E-commerce Executive to manage and grow the online business for SCANPAN and GLOBAL. The core channels are Lazada, Shopee and Shopify webstore, with responsibility for identifying and developing new online opportunities. This is a commercial role focused on profitable sales growth, not simply market place administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow the commercial performance of SCANPAN and GLOBAL across Lazada, Shopee, Shopify webstore and other relevant platforms.
• Manage product assortment, listings, pricing, promotions, campaigns, bundles, launches and online merchandising across the marketplaces.
• Monitor sales, gross margin, conversion, average order value, product performance and other key commercial metrics and take action to improve results.
• Plan marketplace promotional calendars and major online campaigns, ensuring promotions drive profitable growth rather than only top-line sales.
• Work with Commercial Operations and our 3PL on stock availability, fulfilment, returns and inventory requirements for campaigns and product launches.
• Proactively identify and evaluate new marketplaces, platforms and online sales channels that could expand the reach and sales of SCANPAN and GLOBAL.
• Monitor competitors, marketplace trends and customer behaviour and recommend new commercial opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reporting and recommendations for management, and work closely with Marketing, Retail, Finance and Commercial Operations.

Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of hands-on e-commerce or marketplace experience.
• Strong practical experience with Lazada, Shopee and Shopify.
• Commercially driven and comfortable being accountable for sales, margin and marketplace performance.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable using e-commerce data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Experience with marketplace promotions, campaigns and product launches.
• Independent, proactive and able to identify and develop new opportunities rather than simply maintain existing platforms.
• Experience in premium consumer goods, home, kitchenware, lifestyle or similar categories is an advantage.
