About the Role

Nova Commerce Solutions Pte. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Specialist to manage online store operations, optimize product listings, and support digital sales growth across multiple e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily e-commerce store operations.
  • Create and update product listings.
  • Monitor inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Plan online promotions and campaigns.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports.
  • Work with marketing and customer service teams.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of e-commerce or online retail experience.
  • Familiar with Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, or similar platforms.
  • Good analytical and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
