Description

We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and child-friendly Performer / Indoor Playground Instructor to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment for children and families. The successful candidate will combine customer service, child engagement, mascot performances, and operational support to deliver an enjoyable and memorable experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle ticketing and admissions sales accurately and efficiently.
• Promote and explain membership programmes to guests.
• Attend to guests' enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Host activities, events, and interactive sessions for children and families.
• Perform and dance as a mascot during scheduled appearances and special events.
• Engage children through games, storytelling, and guided play activities.
• Act as a play guide for young children, particularly those aged 7 years and below.
• Create a fun, welcoming, and safe play environment.
• Monitor play areas and ensure children follow playground rules and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the indoor playground.
• Conduct routine checks of play areas and report safety or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Support daily operations, special events, crowd management, and other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and passionate about working with children.
• Comfortable performing in mascot costumes and interacting with large groups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in customer service, childcare, entertainment, attractions, or indoor playground operations will be an advantage.
