Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and measurable objectives

  • Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business priorities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities

Product Development

  • Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications

  • Prioritise features based on impact, feasibility, and commercial value

  • Work closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery

  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the key liaison between business, technical, and external stakeholders

  • Provide regular updates on product performance and development progress

  • Align cross-functional teams around shared goals and deliverables

Performance & Optimisation

  • Define KPIs and monitor product performance metrics

  • Gather user feedback and analyse data to drive continuous improvement

  • Lead post-launch evaluations and enhancement planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • 3–6 years of experience in product management or related roles

  • Strong understanding of digital product development lifecycle

  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and prioritisation skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
