Job Summary

This sales role focuses on developing specialist group accounts and driving portfolio growth through strategic commercial planning, customer relationship management, and cross-functional collaboration within the pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales and product KPIs by executing targeted sales strategies within the assigned portfolio
  • Develop and implement commercial plans to drive business growth and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to create product advocates
  • Plan and execute efficient territory coverage using up-to-date sales and customer data to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing to organize medical meetings, health seminars, and promotional activities supporting business objectives
  • Submit timely reports on field performance, market insights, clinical feedback, and competitor activities to management
  • Use approved digital and print promotional materials aligned with current commercial strategies
  • Ensure compliance with TEVA’s SOPs and all relevant industry and regulatory requirements in Singapore
  • Prepare effective call plans and execute activities according to agreed action plans
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pharmacovigilance (PhV), Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and Nurses to support targeted healthcare professionals
  • Prioritize tasks independently to achieve pre-sales targets, drive sales growth, and respond promptly to customer needs
  • Adapt effectively to a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive, proactive, and results-oriented approach

Required competencies and certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty sales, preferably in Oncology
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Strong selling skills with solid product knowledge
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Well-established network with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
  • Ability to plan territories effectively, set customer objectives, and develop and execute action plans within set timelines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Prior field experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape
