Key Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, business users, and external vendors. Effectively communicate project goals, requirements, and progress to ensure all parties are aligned.
  • Vendor Management: Manage and coordinate with external vendors, ensuring they meet agreed-upon performance standards, timelines, and contractual obligations. Address any challenges or issues with vendors promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Business Requirements: Work closely with business users to gather, clarify, and document business requirements. Ensure that the project scope and deliverables align with business needs and objectives.
  • Project Coordination & Execution: Take an active role in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Help manage project schedules, resources, and ensure that key milestones are achieved.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, proactively develop mitigation strategies, and ensure that any issues or roadblocks are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Challenge-Driven Problem-Solving: Be proactive in identifying challenges and roadblocks, working with the team and stakeholders to implement creative solutions that keep the project on track.
  • Banking Domain Knowledge: Leverage your experience in the banking sector to ensure that projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • Good communciation skill
  • Over 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing successful projects, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • In-depth understanding of banking operations, products, and regulations.
  • Strong vendor management experience and the ability to negotiate and manage third-party relationships.
  • Ability to adapt to and manage challenges, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is a plus.

  • Project Management: Proven experience managing complex projects, from initiation to completion, with a focus on delivering quality results on time and within budget.
