Role Overview

MantraCare is actively hiring licensed Clinical Psychologists and Counsellors to deliver structured, outcome-focused online therapy. Specifically, this remote role is highly ideal for mental health professionals experienced in delivering short-term, goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Additionally, you will consistently utilize evidence-based approaches to work with adult clients experiencing anxiety, depression, workplace stress and complex relationship issues.

What You’ll Do

In this remote clinical role, you will specifically handle the following duties:

• Conduct Therapy: Deliver structured online psychotherapy sessions securely via our proprietary telehealth platform.
• Targeted Treatment: Provide specialized therapy for anxiety, depression and workplace stress management.
• Corporate Care: Moreover, you will deliver goal-oriented care for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients worldwide.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely and highly confidential session documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Care Planning: Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored precisely to each client’s unique symptoms.
• Collaboration: Work seamlessly alongside our clinical care navigation and provider support teams.
• Inclusive Practice: Ultimately, you must deliver culturally competent, inclusive and genuinely empathetic care to individuals of all backgrounds.

Who We’re Looking For

To successfully qualify for this remote clinical role, you must possess:

• Education: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling or a closely related therapeutic field.
• Licensure: Active registration with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS) as a Registered Psychologist (SRP) or the Singapore Association for Counselling (SAC) as a Registered Counsellor.
• Experience: Minimum of 6+ months of active, hands-on clinical experience as a therapist, psychologist or counsellor.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities (such as CBT and ACT).
• Technical Setup: Finally, you must have the ability to conduct therapy effectively online, requiring a stable internet connection and a secure, private workspace.
