Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, service standards, and regulatory requirements
Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations
Supervise and guide crew members during shifts, ensuring efficient service, proper food handling, and adherence to quality standards
Assist in manpower deployment and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak periods
Monitor daily sales, labour, and food costs, and support in implementing actions to meet operational and financial targets
Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally
Support inventory management, including stock ordering, stock counts, and minimising wastage
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
Train and coach team members to build capability, maintain performance standards, and foster a positive team culture

Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
2–4 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Hands-on operational experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of cost control and outlet performance metrics
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
