Full job description
- Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, service standards, and regulatory requirements
- Operationally hands-on during service periods to support daily operations
- Supervise and guide crew members during shifts, ensuring efficient service, proper food handling, and adherence to quality standards
- Assist in manpower deployment and scheduling to ensure adequate coverage during peak and non-peak periods
- Monitor daily sales, labour, and food costs, and support in implementing actions to meet operational and financial targets
- Ensure excellent customer experience by addressing feedback and resolving service issues promptly and professionally
- Support inventory management, including stock ordering, stock counts, and minimising wastage
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times
- Train and coach team members to build capability, maintain performance standards, and foster a positive team culture
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Certificate in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in F&B / QSR operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Hands-on operational experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team supervision and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of cost control and outlet performance metrics
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
