We dish out quality and affordable cooked food across our multi-format brands at food courts, coffee shops, hawker centres and quick-service restaurants (Heavenly Wang). Our team also caters delicious and nutritious meals to hospitals, army camps and childcare centres daily.
Job Description
Reporting to the Lead (Operations Excellence), The Executive, Operations Excellence is primarily responsible for ensuring quality and effectiveness in all Food Services processes and operations. The role focuses on conducting audits, leveraging data to drive process improvement, and supporting the development of compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit Coordination and Execution:
- Plan & execute a comprehensive audit program, conducting operational audits in accordance with established schedules and procedures.
- Proactively identify operational weaknesses, improvement opportunities, and associated risks through a data-driven approach.
- Propose recommendations to address identified issues and non-compliance.
- Prepare documentation and reports to support audit observations and findings.
- Compliance Development:
- Support the development and refinement of compliance frameworks and policies for Food Services.
- Help ensure that operational practices adhere to internal standards and relevant industry regulations.
- Process Improvement and Documentation:
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing audit data and providing actionable insights.
- Assist in the creation, documentation, and refinement of key processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flowcharts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support the implementation of recommendations and monitor their effectiveness.
- Project Management & Ad-Hoc Duties:
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned or requested by Reporting Officer (RO)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Diploma/ Degree in any discipline.
- Motivated team player with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Strong technical skills, analytical mindset, and data analysis expertise.
- Pragmatic approach, balancing theoretical knowledge with practical considerations.
- Familiarity and knowledge of the food service industry, trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality control regulations.
