Contract Duration: 3-Year Contract

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Programme Executive to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of a community-based sports programme for children aged 7 to 12 years old. This roleplays an important part in fostering children's holistic development through sports participation, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement sports and recreational activities for children.
  • Facilitate engaging programmes that promote teamwork, resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship.
  • Support the recruitment, training, deployment, and engagement of volunteers.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with schools, community partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor programme schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure effective implementation.
  • Collect and maintain programme data, prepare reports, and support programme evaluation efforts.
  • Ensure programme activities are conducted in a safe, inclusive, and child-friendly environment.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sports Management, Physical Education, Community Development, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in programme management, coaching, youth work, community engagement, volunteer management, or related areas.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Passion for youth development, community engagement, and sports..
