Deputy Managing Director Real Estate & Development
Overview
Requirements
An exciting leadership opportunity to drive the growth of a hospitality-focused real estate platform across Asia. Reporting to senior management, you will lead the end-to-end real estate lifecycle, spanning acquisitions, development, project delivery and asset management, while identifying new investment opportunities and supporting long-term portfolio growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategic planning and execution of hospitality and mixed-use real estate developments.
- Source, evaluate and execute acquisitions, investments and development opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies, financial modelling, due diligence and investment analysis.
- Oversee projects from planning and design through construction, completion and asset stabilisation.
- Manage consultants, contractors, operators and government authorities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Drive portfolio performance through active asset management and value creation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, developers, operators and strategic partners.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams while driving operational excellence.
- Degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, Finance, Architecture, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 15+ years' experience in real estate development, hospitality and mixed-use projects.
- Proven track record delivering end-to-end development projects from acquisition through completion.
- Strong experience in feasibility studies, financial modelling, project management and stakeholder management.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership and negotiation skills.
