Job Description:

• Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates
• Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates
• Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority
• Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment
• Develop effective recruitment strategies
• Proactively source and screen candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media and employee referrals
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess fit and interest level

Requirements:

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Self-driven with a strong desire to excel
• Establish and maintain a good relationship with potential candidates
• Knowledge of recruiting trends and best practices
• Open minded & willing to take challenges
• Full training will be provided
