Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consultancy and support to internal sales teams, channel partners, and customers on networking and cybersecurity solutions.

  • Participate in pre-sales engagements , including requirements gathering, solution design, product demonstration, proof-of-concept (POC), and implementation planning.

  • Deliver deployment, configuration, testing, and integration of networking and security solutions based on project requirements.

  • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to resolve complex technical issues, handle incident response, perform root cause analysis, and manage escalation to vendors when necessary.

  • Support post-deployment maintenance , system optimization, and customer success initiatives to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate closely with vendors and channel partners to stay up to date on new technologies, product updates, and best practices.

  • Conduct technical training, presentations, and workshops for customers and partners when required.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and technical solutions.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of technical service delivery and process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology , Computer Engineering , Computer Science , or related fields.

  • CCNA certification or equivalent professional qualification preferred; other certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto PCNSE, or similar will be advantageous.

  • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals and enthusiasm for networking and cybersecurity are welcome to apply.

  • Good understanding of network infrastructure (switching, routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, load balancers, etc.).

  • Familiar with network monitoring tools , LAN/WAN configuration , and security technologies such as endpoint protection, firewalls, and threat management systems.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving network or cybersecurity incidents.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and a fast learner with a passion for the latest cyber trends and emerging technologies.

  • Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure.
