We are a leading freight forwarding company specializing in air cargo solutions. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking passionate and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in remote roles. Openings are available in HR/Admin, Finance, Export, Import, Customer Service, and Sales Support. Each role plays a key part in ensuring seamless operations and excellent service to our customers and partners.

HR/Admin

 Assist with recruitment coordination and interview scheduling.

 Provide general administrative support (emails, reports, data entry).

 Coordinate virtual meetings and internal communications.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management.

Finance

 Assist finance team with record updates and invoicing.

 Checking and uploading of source documents to system.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management.

Customer Service

 Reply to customer and agent emails.

 Provide shipment and flight information.

 Book flights across airline platforms.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management

Sales Support

 Assist sales team with quotations and rate checks.

 Keep rate sheets and customer records updated.

 Help with follow-up emails and reports.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management

Export

 Prepare export documents (Air Waybills, checklists, permits).

 Coordinate with agents and airlines by email.

 Share shipment updates with customers.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management

Import

 Receive pre-alerts and arrival notices from agents.

 Prepare import documents and billing.

 Update customers on shipment status.

 Any ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by the company’s management.

Requirements:

-Some knowledge of air freight/logistics preferred.

-Good communication skills (English, written & spoken).

-Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

-Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online tools).

-Pay depends on the scope of work and level of experience.

Pay ranges:

-Normal Remote: SGD 600 – 900

-Senior Remote: SGD 900 – 1,350

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $600.00 - $1,350.00 per month
