  • Manage and supervise the daily operations of food courts, hawker centres, coffee shops, and canteens.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Oversee tenant management, including tenancy matters, lease administration, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor cleanliness, maintenance, and upkeep of the premises and facilities.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, operational costs, and revenue targets.
  • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Handle customer and tenant feedback, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
