About Casa Vostra

Casa Vostra is Mission Group’s modern Italian brand, known for handmade pastas, pizzas and warm, easygoing hospitality. It was named Best Fast Casual Restaurant at RAS’s Epicurean Star Award 2026. We’re opening our 4th outlet at Wisma Atria in November 2026, with more openings planned for next year. We’re looking for hands-on restaurant leaders to grow with the brand.

About the Role

We’re hiring at both Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager level, and will appoint successful candidates based on their experience. You’ll be posted to one of our four Casa Vostra outlets, decided by business needs and discussed with you during the hiring process. As the brand grows, there may also be chances to join new openings or move between outlets.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Experience

Lead the floor during service and set the standard for warm, attentive hospitality

Handle guest feedback and service recovery, and act on trends in online reviews

Keep service, food presentation and brand standards consistent across every shift

Team Leadership

Onboard, train and coach the front-of-house team in partnership with HR

Plan rosters against forecast covers and labour budgets

Run pre-shift briefings and build a positive, motivated team culture

Operations & Compliance

Oversee opening and closing, cash handling, POS, inventory and maintenance

Uphold SFA food safety, liquor licensing and workplace safety standards

Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow

Business Performance

Work closely with the GM to drive sales and meet monthly targets for revenue, labour and cost of goods

Support local marketing, promotions and delivery platform performance with the Marketing team

Use reports and data to spot trends and improve results

Growth & Openings

Support the GM in pre-opening and new outlet set-up as the brand expands

Share best practices across outlets to keep the Casa Vostra experience consistent

Assistant Restaurant Manager:
supports the Restaurant Manager across these areas, leads shifts on their own, and steps in as manager-in-charge when the Restaurant Manager is away.

Requirements

Restaurant Manager:
at least 5 years of F&B experience, including 2+ years as an Assistant or Restaurant Manager

Assistant Restaurant Manager:
at least 3 years of F&B experience, including 1+ year as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager

Experience in casual dining, fast casual or high-volume restaurants is an advantage

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Good understanding of restaurant costs, labour and sales targets

Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1; Level 3 (Food Hygiene Officer) is an advantage

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and open to being posted to any Casa Vostra outlet

Pre-opening experience is an advantage
