Job Summary
We seek an experienced General Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a Two Michelin-starred French fine dining restaurant, elevating guest experiences and service standards to world-class levels through leadership, operational excellence, and strategic contributions.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Lead front-of-house operations to deliver flawless service at every guest interaction
- Create highly personalized guest experiences aligned with Michelin-star standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VIPs, regular guests, media, partners, and international clientele
- Manage guest feedback and service recovery with professionalism and discretion
- Ensure consistent execution of all service rituals, standards, and details
Leadership & Team Development
- Inspire, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members to achieve exceptional performance
- Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and ongoing coaching to enhance team skills
- Foster a culture of excellence, discipline, teamwork, and accountability
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and senior leadership to ensure seamless kitchen-service coordination
Operations Management
- Manage reservations flow, floor planning, service pacing, and staffing to optimize guest experience and operational efficiency
- Maintain high standards of restaurant presentation, hygiene, and operational readiness
- Oversee wine and beverage coordination with the Sommelier team
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs, labor productivity, guest satisfaction, and financial performance
- Assist PR and marketing teams in supporting brand initiatives
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company SOPs
Strategic Contribution
- Drive continuous improvement toward achieving a third Michelin star
- Identify and implement opportunities to elevate service standards and operational excellence
- Support brand reputation, media engagements, collaborations, and special events as needed
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in internationally recognized Michelin-starred restaurants
- Strong knowledge of French cuisine, wines, and fine dining service rituals
- Proven ability to lead high-performance teams in demanding environments
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
