Company Overview
We are a renowned lifestyle F&B organization that seamlessly blends live music, creative Chinese cuisine, and bar culture into one immersive dining experience. We have redefined the restaurant-bar concept by bringing concert-level performances to the dinner table. We are launching our Singapore flagship store. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity to join an established brand at the very start of its international journey.
Job Summary
Lead marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand growth through events, digital media, partnerships, and brand communications for Hutaoli Music Restaurant in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing events, live music promotions, and themed nights to increase customer traffic and encourage repeat visits
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery and execution
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and conduct post-event performance analysis to optimize future initiatives
- Operate daily social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) to maintain active brand presence
- Create engaging content including photography, short videos, copywriting, and stories that embody Huotaoli’s lifestyle brand identity
- Monitor social media trends, engage with followers, and grow the online community to enhance brand visibility
- Track digital metrics and adjust content strategy based on performance data to maximize engagement
- Develop and negotiate joint promotions with mall management and landlords to secure prime visibility and drive foot traffic
- Collaborate on cross-promotional campaigns with neighboring tenants and lifestyle brands to expand reach
- Maintain strong relationships with property marketing teams to secure feature placements and event spaces
- Support the creation of marketing collateral such as menus, posters, EDMs, and in-store displays to maintain brand consistency
- Assist in PR coordination and influencer engagement to amplify brand awareness
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing touchpoints
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–4 years of marketing experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, retail, or lifestyle brands
- Proven track record managing events from concept to execution
- Hands-on experience with social media management and content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and basic Adobe Suite
- Mandarin proficiency advantageous for brand alignment with China HQ (not essential)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Creative mindset combined with analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness
- Existing relationships with Singapore mall marketing teams or landlords preferred
