Customer Reception

  • Greet customers, arrange seating, and present menus

  • Answer customer inquiries politely and professionally

Order Taking & Serving

  • Accurately record customer orders and relay them to the kitchen

  • Serve food and beverages promptly according to service standards

Table Service

  • Provide cutlery, drinks, and other requested items

  • Anticipate customer needs and offer assistance proactively

Cleaning & Tidying

  • Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas

  • Clear tables after meals and reset them for new customers

Payment & Billing

  • Handle billing and payment transactions accurately

  • Provide receipts and thank customers for dining

Team Collaboration

  • Communicate effectively with kitchen, cashier, and fellow staff

  • Support colleagues to ensure smooth overall service

Hygiene & Safety

  • Follow food hygiene and safety regulations

  • Ensure compliance with service standards and safety protocols
