Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Present menus and provide informed food and beverage recommendations to enhance guest dining experience
• Accurately take and place guest orders to ensure timely service delivery
• Manage guest interactions to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly
• Clear plates and glasses efficiently to maintain a clean dining environment
• Process and deliver checks accurately to facilitate smooth guest departures
• Set tables and restock condiments and supplies to prepare for service and maintain readiness
• Perform additional side duties as assigned to support overall restaurant operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Positive attitude demonstrated through effective communication with guests and team members
• Ability to collaborate as a team player to support a smooth service flow
• Service-oriented mindset focused on delivering excellent guest experiences
• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience preferred; candidates with less experience may be considered for server assistant roles
