Full job description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Korean, Chinese, and Western Semi Fine-Dining restaurants! Positions are available at our Clarke Quay and Bukit Timah locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook and present dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes, quality standards and presentation requirements.
  • Ensure food is prepared and served promptly while maintaining consistent quality and portion control.
  • Handle and store ingredients properly in accordance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and kitchen preparation.
  • Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Prior kitchen or F&B experience is preferred
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Good teamwork, communication and time-management skills.
  • Responsible, punctual and committed to maintaining high standards.
  • Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
