We are seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and enhance customer experiences within our establishment. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and maintaining high operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient operational procedures are established for new outlets.
- Monitor sales performance, labor costs, and food costs to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle all front-of-house operations while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Manage inventory levels and purchase food ingredients to maintain uninterrupted restaurant operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, thereby maintaining a safe dining environment.
- Support the recruitment, training, evaluation, and scheduling of staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Perform various administrative duties, including documentation, record-keeping as assigned by management and communicating with Japanese stakeholders,
Requirements:
- Minimum of relevant experience in the food and beverage industry, hospitality, retail, or customer service.
- Possession of FSC Level 3 certification is preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, coupled with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Proficiency in Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders would be of advantage.
