About the role:

We are expanding our electric commercial vehicle business in Singapore, and we are looking for a motivated Commercial EV Sales Executive / Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is proactive, driven, and eager to build a successful career in the commercial electric vehicle industry.

The role is responsible for customer acquisition, business development, sales activities, and market expansion within the commercial vehicle sector.

This position is suitable for candidates with experience in automotive, commercial vehicle, fleet, logistics, or B2B sales.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Develop new customers and maintain existing client relationships

  • Promote the company’s electric commercial vehicle products and solutions

  • Handle sales enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and contract closures

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

2. Market Expansion

  • Identify and develop customers in logistics, transportation, fleet, construction, and related industries

  • Gather market intelligence and competitor information

  • Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and product demonstrations

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

  • Coordinate customer requirements and aftersales support

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and positive brand image

4. Sales Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare regular sales reports and market feedback

  • Coordinate internally on vehicle delivery, aftersales support, and payment follow-up

  • Assist in accounts receivable collection and payment monitoring

Job Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of relevant sales working experience

  • Experience in commercial vehicle sales will be an added advantage.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Mature and self-motivated with a high level of initiative.

  • Strong negotiation and customer management skills

  • Class 3 driving license is required, while a Class 4 license would be an added advantage.

  • Gross monthly income SGD$4,000 – $6,000 per month (depending on experience, commercial vehicle market knowledge, and B2B sales track record)

  • Commission and incentive structure on top of base, paid per unit sold and against monthly fleet sales targets. Details discussed at offer stage.
