Multiple outlets | S$3,800–S$4,000 per month | 14 days annual leave

Old Tea Hut is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee multiple outlets, support our outlet teams and maintain consistent standards in daily operations, customer service and product quality.

Job Responsibilities and Expectations

· Oversee daily operations: Ensure multiple outlets operate smoothly and follow company procedures.

· Conduct regular outlet visits: Check service standards, beverage quality, cleanliness, equipment condition and staff readiness. Follow up on areas requiring improvement.

· Lead and support employees: Guide Supervisors, Team Leaders and Service Crew with clear instructions, respectful communication and practical coaching.

· Coordinate manpower: Review rosters and work with outlet leaders to address staffing shortages and arrange coverage.

· Train and develop teams: Ensure new employees receive proper onboarding and station training before working independently.

· Deliver a positive customer experience: Handle escalated feedback and complaints professionally and guide teams on service recovery.

· Support sales performance: Communicate sales targets, implement promotions and coach teams on product recommendations.

· Maintain stock and cost control: Monitor ordering, stock availability, wastage and cash-handling practices.

· Maintain food safety and workplace safety: Ensure teams follow hygiene, food-handling and safe working procedures.

· Support employee retention: Shows empathy towards staff concerns, address workplace issues promptly and work with HR on matters requiring support.

· Keep management informed: Provide clear updates on outlet conditions, staffing concerns, customer issues and follow-up actions.
