Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and personalized service.
- Promote and recommend commemorative coins, collectibles, bullion products, precious metals and exclusive Singapore Mint collections.
- Understand customers’ needs and confidently recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.
- Stay updated on new product launches, limited edition collections and promotional campaigns.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain attractive visual merchandising and ensure products are well displayed.
- Support stock replenishment, inventory control and stocktaking activities.
- Handle customer enquiries and after sales service professionally.
- Support roadshows, exhibitions, product launches and festive sales events when required.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, security and operational compliance.
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher NITEC, GCE A Level or GCE O Level qualifications are welcome.
- Minimum 1 year of retail, sales or customer service experience. Fresh graduates with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, banking, premium gifts, collectibles or precious metals will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer focused with a positive and sales driven mindset.
- Passionate about achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Comfortable working on rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
