We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist to champion the efforts to drive a cohesive data integration and analytics. The solutions may be in the areas of structured or unstructured data. Depending on the area(s) of professional competencies, the ideal candidate will be tasked to develop the
predictive, forecasting or operation research (optimization) models as part of a larger effort. In addition, the role may be involved in text mining and network analytics solutions.

• Lead a small team of Data
• Oversee the full lifecycle of analytics projects, including requirements gathering, data scoping, modeling, deployment, and monitoring.
• Perform preprocessing of both structured and unstructured data.
• Improve data collection methods to ensure all relevant information is captured for developing analytic systems.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle, from concept and design to prototyping, acceptance testing, data curation, delivery, operationalization, industry adoption, and product end-of-life.
• Propose, implement, and validate algorithms, ensuring they meet functional and non-functional requirements such as transparency, fairness, scalability, security, integration complexity, and operational costs.
Proactively lead, contribute to, and support projects within your area of expertise.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (PhD or MS) in Machine Learning or other AI disciplines is an advantageous.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in data analytics or Machine Learning.
• Strong expertise in Data Science, programming languages (Python, SQL), Machine Learning, modeling technologies, statistical analysis, and strategic techniques.
• Experience in data processing, feature selection, hyperparameter optimization, model validation, and visualization.
• Proficiency with data analysis and numerical computing tools such as Pandas, NumPy/SciPy, Scikit-Learn, and XGBoost.
• Ability to develop SQL queries and work with data models.
• Experience with production software engineering practices, including test-driven development, code versioning with Git, conducting code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and their application to data science pipelines.
• Deep interest in emerging technologies and the ability to integrate them into solutions to address strategic and operational client needs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure or similar public cloud environments is a plus.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company while managing diverse challenges, deadlines, and contacts.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
