We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and oversee the overall business operations, strategic direction, and growth of the organisation. The CEO will be responsible for driving sustainable business performance, strengthening organisational capabilities, and ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors and senior management team to enhance competitiveness, foster innovation, and expand the company’s presence within the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company’s strategic plans and business objectives
• Provide overall leadership and direction to the organisation, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Drive business growth through market expansion, partnerships, and new product or service development
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients
• Lead and develop the senior management team to achieve organisational goals
• Monitor industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness

Requirements

• At least 8-10 years of relevant leadership experience, with prior experience in a senior executive role (e.g. CEO, COO, Managing Director) within the technology sector
• Proven track record in driving business growth and organisational transformation
• Strong understanding of financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory requirements in Singapore
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage high-performing teams
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
